  • 2 oz Desert Door Pollinator Sotol
  • 1 oz Liber and Co. Passionfruit Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Sparkling Water 
  • Top with Butterfly Pea Tea Simple Syrup

Method:

In a shaker combine Desert Door Pollinator, Passionfruit syrup, and lime juice shake and strain over ice

Top with Prosecco and sparkling water 

Last top the spritz with butterfly pea tea simple syrup

*To make steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water

Strain the flowers and do a 1:1 ratio of hot butterfly pea tea and white sugar
