Only the most delicious food truck this side of the Sabine River! Lo Salvaje (loose translation, ‘The Wild’) was born from a desire to bring locally sourced ingredients and wild-game-inspired fare to a broader audience. The menu at Lo Salvaje is deliciously inventive to say the least - it’s street tacos meets haute cuisine with a wild game flair. Helmed by Chef Stephanie Stackhouse and co-owned by Chef Jesse Griffiths and Josh Crumpton, Lo Salvaje is open Thursday 3-8 pm, Friday & Saturday 12-8 pm, and Sunday 12-6 pm.
