Our Mission

Lo Salvaje Food Truck

Lo Salvaje (loosely translated, ‘The Wild’) is the brainchild of James Beard award winner Jesse Griffiths, chef Stephanie Stackhouse and Josh Crumpton. The concept was born from a desire to bring locally sourced ingredients and wild-game-inspired fare to a broader audience. The menu at Lo Salvaje is deliciously inventive - think street tacos meets haute cuisine with a wild game flair.

“Drove about 4 hours specifically to visit, taste and tour this distillery. It was beyond worth it. KB is a phenomenal tour guide and did an incredible job explaining every detail. Getting to try the Sotol in different parts of the process was very unique. The bar is also amazing!"
