Recipe
- 2 oz Desert Door Pollinator
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- Ice
- Lemon twist (for garnish)
Method:
- Prepare the honey syrup:
- In a small saucepan, combine equal parts honey and water.
- Heat gently, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Allow the syrup to cool before using.
- Mix the cocktail:
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz Desert Door Pollinator, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 oz honey syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain and serve:
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish:
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
