Negroni

• 1 ounce Desert Door Pollinator
• 1 ounce Campari or Aperol
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• Garnish with an orange peel

Method

• Add the Desert Door Pollinator, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
• Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
• Garnish with an orange peel.
