Recipe
- 1 ounce Desert Door Pollinator
- 1 ounce Campari or Aperol
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- Garnish with an orange peel
Method
- Add the Desert Door Pollinator, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
