The Spicy Matadoor

• 1.5 oz Desert Door Texas Sotol
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
• 0.25 oz Agave
• Jalapeno
• Twang Chili Lime Salt and Lime Wedge

Method:

• Rim your glass with chili-lime salt using a lime wedge and jalapeno. Add ice to glass. Combine the rest of your ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into glass.
